3/2 Honeysuckle Grove, Silverleaves

Take a short stroll to the local cafe and walking track to north facing Silverleaves beach or meander for around 15 minutes along the beach to Cowes main shopping and entertainment precinct.

Inside the unit is snug with comfortable sofas, flat screen tv and dvd player and a reverse cycle split system in the main living area. The kitchen is brand new with a new electric oven and hotplates and dishwasher. There is a medium sized fridge and a microwave. The kitchen is fully self-contained with ample pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.

A central dining table completes the living area. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom is combined with the laundry where there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, laundry trough, wash basin, shower and toilet. There is a lovely deck at the front of the property with room to sit in the sun and relax.

This is a lovely unit suitable for a couple or small family in a great location perfect for family holidays, weekend getaways, or as a base for track events.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Nothing wrong with the property, the location is amazingā€¦.. but the local agent Oā€™Briens are negligent and uncaring. I reviewed the previous feedback and itā€™s clear that they do not pay any attention. The toilet seat is still broken, there are cobwebs (a lot) and ants everywhere and I mean everywhere, hundreds in my bed (and no I didnā€™t eat in bed!). I had to follow up the agent a week after booking to find out if it had been accepted (was told they were busy but no apology) and only noticed on the key pick up instructions (emailed a few hours before arrival) that bed linen was not provided. My fault in missing this small but important detail but on picking up the keys was simply told it was on the listing and they didnā€™t have a clue where I could buy sheets at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Property is great, shame about the agent.

House had ants all through kitchen and in bathroom Cobwebs on light fittings and table legs The main bed creaked whenever anyone moved/rolled over during the night Great location close to the beach and coffee store

Disappointing It sorted with the keys not easily opening the wire doors. Hard to get in. Flat did not smell fresh. Bought eucalyptus spray to cover odour. Mattress needs updating Carpet in bedroom needs steam cleaning Chairs need thorough cleaning Fly wires and window frames need thorough cleaning-very dirty Washing machine needs fixing Toilet seat broken Shower and bathroom good Kitchen good.

Property was filthy, dirty used soap left in shower, mouse poo on kitchen table, had not been vacuumed. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Property in a fantastic location, great coffee shop on the corner, very short walk to great family beach.

This was a lovely little place to stay. We had everything we needed and loved being so close to everything on the island. Especially the cafe a minutes walk down the road... perfect for brunch and coffee.
