"Booked this room for $30 more than the going rate for a 2 star hotel because of the money shot the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was COLD non functional and pool was cloudy and dirty. It didn't feel sanitary to get in. Called for shuttle from airport and was told the van driver was at lunch at 1:30 and couldn't pick me up for at least 30 minutes. Frustrating. Shuttle only runs once an hour on the hour even though the driver sits in the van parked outside the hotel the whole time and it's a 7...
