Chalés em Silver Point, TN

"Large space.Advertised as having a futon in one of the bedrooms, which is the reason I booked it originally. Futon not there. This was rectified quickly, as they brought over a twin fold up bed. Nice view at the top of the hill. Reimbursed half of what I paid originally for stay, since we moved to another location (Sieverville) since there was way more to do) (I should have paid more attention to the fine print) . More things to do on site would have been very nice. Good to deal with. ...

"We arrived Saturday evening after a long day of driving, having just left another hotel that was unacceptable. The staff here were accommodating from the moment we walked in. They got our group settled, took the time to explain the best way to book, and let us watch the game in the breakfast common room so we didn't have to crowd into one room or drive back out to find a place to eat and watch. Clean rooms, kind staff, and exactly what we needed after that day. Highly recommend"

"We arrived on Saturday, Oct 24 and checked in. Due to the condition of the room being unacceptable, we left and stayed at another hotel nearby. I would not stay here."

"It was a perfect Homebase for a work trip. Lots of space, clean room, good and quick breakfast and drinkable coffee."
