The covered outdoor patio was a great place to sit and relax after our long drive and had everything we needed. The house itself was wonderfully decorated and comfortable down to every little detail. The location was perfect for a walk into downtown Sparta for morning coffee and breakfast at a great little coffee shop. I will absolutely be returning for another visit to explore this beautiful...

"The perfect spot for outdoor adventures. Comfortable cabin with a beautiful deck and access to a hugh lake. We saw 5 waterfalls in 3 days , hiked miles of challenging trails . Do not forget to go to Cookeville, excellent restaurants and fun shops. No lines , no crowds , no screaming kids, just an awesome time at Serenity Cabin."

"The cabin was perfect for the 5 of us. Close to Smithville (go to Smithville Donuts!!!) and Cookeville…and centrally located for the waterfalls we wanted to visit. Beautiful cabin and super clean!"

"Our family traveled to Sparta for a wedding. The house was spacious, clean, with great views. There were plenty of options to keep everyone entertained including relaxing in the hot tub. Plenty of parking and the host was very responsive. Will definitely keep it on a return option list."

"Our stay at Reason Ranch was idyllic. We counted at least 20 different trails and hikes on the property itself. Children, dogs, and adults were all thrilled. In the middle of our stay came the snowstorm that made a beautiful place even more stunning. Cozying by the fire every night, we never had a problem with heat, power, OR WIFI! But the owner and (for lack of a better term) property manager Terry checked on us nonetheless. Can't say enough about how gracious and generous they both were in...

"We chose Blackberry Hill because, with a strenuous hike, the lake was accessible! Now, you do have to turn and hike down levels once you reach the end of the steps, but there is a great rock ledge. We navigated down with kayaks, fishing poles and a paddle board, and a 5 and 2 year old!!! But once we got to the water, it was incredible! If you want to get to the water on Centerhill lake, I recommend Blackberry Hill!"
