"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Lovely staff, excellent restaurant and pub. Unfortunately, my room (The Periwinkle Room) had a not so good smell. Combined with no air-conditioning it made my stay fairly unpleasant and it was very hot inside the room. There is a fan located high attached to the wall but it really didn’t help much at all."
