It is a very outdated hotel. The staff was very nice. Our blow dryer was broken and the lady at the desk gave me one right away. It’s very outdated. Definitely not up kept with maintenance. Walk To The Lake, Beach, Indoor Waterpark And Downtown
The dishwasher didn’t work, I tried to notify our contact, but I wasn’t able to get ahold of them. There is a laundry facility that shares the driveway, and sometimes their trucks block you in. We did enjoy our stay.

HARBOR SPRINGS 3 BEDROOM / 2 BATH COUNTRY CHALET
The house was comfortable and had everything we needed plus some. There were even bundles of wood left there for us to have a fire at night. There was an issue with the internet but the owner came right away and took care lf it and was accommodating which i appreciated!!
