    Newly renovated 4.5 room flat in a stylish Engadine house on the 2nd floor with stair lift, Seglias neighbourhood, approx. 100 m².
    The flat has a spacious living room with integrated dining area, fireplace and access to a wonderful, well-sunlit terrace with panoramic views.
    The living room has a new sofa with a comfortable lounge area.
    The kitchen was completely renovated in spring 2024 and is made of Swiss stone pine with stone worktops. It has a hob with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
    The three bedrooms have a special charm thanks to the continuous wooden beams. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200 cm), one of which has access to the balcony, and a further bedroom with a single bed (140 x 220 cm).
    The two bathrooms were also completely renovated at the same time as the kitchen. The larger bathroom has a WC, bathtub and two washbasins. The shower has a WC, washbasin and a stepless walk-in shower. The bathrooms are also materialised with Swiss stone pine and stone.
    Ample storage space is available.
    WLAN, TV, stereo system and public transport are also included.
    Ski and bike room, laundry room and spacious garden are for shared use.
    It is a non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.

    The Chesa Muntanella is situated in the Seglias neighbourhood in Sils-Maria in a quiet yet very central location.
    The grocery shop Volg, the sports shop La Fainera, the public transport and ski bus stops, the mountain railways, Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, as well as the hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are in the immediate vicinity.

    Excursion options: These mountains. These lakes. This light! On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of pleasure trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.


    In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

    Writers such as Nietzsche, artists such as Beuys and musicians such as David Bowie have been inspired by the fantastic expanse and this magical light and have contributed to Sils being considered THE cultural centre in the Engadin today. Guests from all over the world and the locals proudly and with good reason refer to Sils as a place of energy and power. This is because particularly high "Bovis values" have been measured here.


    Idyllically nestled between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, the village lies at the gateway to the romantic Fex Valley and is the perfect starting point for walks in the vastness of this sun-drenched landscape. In winter, the Fex Valley is best explored by horse-drawn sleigh.


    If you want to go higher, you will find a variety of hiking and mountain tours on the local mountain, Furtschellas. And a trip on Lake Sils with Europe's highest scheduled boat is a particularly impressive way to enjoy the mountain scenery.


    Sils is also a perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestles snugly against the local mountain, Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.
