"We stayed 2 nights and had a great time visiting family in the Southern Village area. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with a large yard and huge trees. It was a perfect place to stay with 5 adults and 2 young children since there are 4 bedrooms. The house was well maintained and clean and there were some toys for the young kids to play with. It was incredibly hot and humid in NC, but the AC was able to keep the house cool which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again....

"The cabin was perfect for my 5 year old daughter and I to spend a few days. There is a grill and kitchenette (no stove/oven) but that's fine for short stays or if you plan to eat out most days. Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The hosts were amazing - friendly, helpful, easy to reach. Highly recommend this for your next getaway."

"This was our second stay, b/c the first was so great! Easy communication with the host was a great start. Then the house is large and the most fully stocked kitchen I've stayed at. Even though it's walkable to some great spots and a lively fun neighborhood, it was still comfortable and peaceful when back at the house. There was plenty of room inside the large house, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the private back yard that is well manicured."

"The tiny home was a lovely spot for my husband, myself and our big dog! It's just off 15-501 so while there isn't a sidewalk right there, you can scoot on down to Poplar for a nice saunter with your pup. The property was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. - a small kitchenette, a lovely shower/bathroom and plenty of room to move around. Admittedly we live in the mountains so it was a bit too wark for us to sit outside but the front area is so cute with a few chairs and a cozy hammock....

"We had such a great time while we stayed here. The children ages 9 and 12 loved the animal interactions, fishing, and taking out the boat. The location is close to everything while still feeling like you are away from busy areas. We absolutely loved the house!!! And we adore Emma!!!(Dog) Just an all around amazing stay. "The property is in a convenient location but also is quiet and serene. We enjoyed the deck (no bugs even though we were in the woods, probably because it is on the 2nd story). King sized bed was adequate and the big shower was amazing! Lots of creative decorations made it fun in the cabin. The place was very clean and well stocked. We were the only guests (there are 4 units total on the property) so it was quiet. I appreciated the quick responses (via the app) from the host, even late at night...

"We had a great weekend stay at this cozy house in the woods. It was very peaceful and quiet, but not far from UNC (10-15min drive). Our minivan was able to handle the gravel driveway. The house and 3 bedrooms had plenty of space, and the gathering areas were the perfect size with enough seating for everyone. There is even a fenced in backyard if you bring dogs. No hand towels were placed out when we arrived, but we were able to get some from the closet. No toiletry items such a shampoo or...

"Durene was such a pleasure to communicate with and made us feel welcome from start to finish. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and we’re so grateful we chose this home! The linens were changed and bathroom was mostly cleaned but the kitchen needed help. I would also suggest having something, like a binder, that gives guests information about the area and things to do; emergency info; instructions for checking out, etc. The house met our needs for our group but it is really bare bones. "
