Summers can be warm, and spring/fall temperatures change quickly. There’s no air conditioning, but we provide tips to keep comfortable.
Heating is available from October to March.

🧹 Cleaning Fee:
The cleaning fee covers a standard tidy-up. We kindly ask you to leave the place generally in order: furniture in their original spots and dirty dishes in the dishwasher running. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this isn’t done.

🎥 Video Tour:
After booking, you’ll receive a video tour with arrival instructions and a preview of the interior. If anything feels off, you can cancel with a full refund, provided it’s at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

🚍 Getting Around:
The area is well-served by public transport. At check-in, you’ll receive a tourist card with free bus access and great local discounts. The nearest bus stop is about a 10-minute walk, and from there, it’s only 30 minutes by bus to Thun’s train station.

🙌 House Rules to Make Your Stay Enjoyable for Everyone 🙏

🌙 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, especially on the balcony, to respect our neighbours. Noise sensors will alert you if limits are exceeded.
🎉 No Parties: Parties are not allowed, and breaking this rule will result in notifying the authorities.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the balcony.
🐾 No Pets: Sorry, we can’t accommodate pets.
🔥 No Fireplace or BBQ Use: These are not available for use during your stay.
🌬️ Ventilation: After cooking, please air out the kitchen/living room for at least 15 minutes, and air out the bathroom after showering.
📸 Report Damages: Please report any damages with photos as soon as they occur.
👥 Guest Numbers: Let us know immediately if there are more guests than indicated in the reservation.
⏰ Our Hours: We’re available to respond to messages from 8 AM to 6 PM.
📋 Amenities: Be sure to check the amenities list to know exactly what’s provided.
💧 Hot Water: Hot water is heated overnight via a boiler. Excessive daytime use might lead to a temporary shortage until the next night.

Our cleaning fee includes standard cleaning, provided you follow these instructions. Non-compliance may result in extra fees:

⏰ Check-Out Time: Please check out by 10 AM.
🗑️ Trash: Leave trash bags in the bin under the kitchen sink.
🍽️ Dishes: Load and start the dishwasher (or wash by hand if there’s no dishwasher). Do not put wet dishes back in cupboards.
🛁 Towels: Place used towels on the bathroom floor.
🔌 Turn Off: Switch off the stove and lights before leaving.
📦 Put Things Back: Return furniture and items to their original places.
🎒 Forgotten Items: Any left-behind belongings will be donated to charity.
🔒 Lock Up: Lock the doors and return the key to the keybox.
