In Sigmarszell (Bösenreutin district), just a few hundred meters from the Lindau city limits, you'll find this sunny, DTV (4*) certified 4.5-room apartment with a large south-facing terrace and views of the surrounding countryside. The approximately 120 sq m apartment is suitable for 6 to a maximum of 8 people.

The light-filled, ground-floor apartment features three bright and inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. Cots or extra beds can easily be provided upon request.

The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. For bookings larger than four people, we are happy to provide a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a basic selection of spices. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

A spacious covered terrace invites you to enjoy a cozy barbecue evening with the provided charcoal grill. Children will feel comfortable in your holiday home with play equipment, trampoline and large garden.
