Summary:
Unique villa in Saoures with extraordinary views of the Chysopigi monastery and the sea. Living room, fully equipped kitchen and lower level with 3 main bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a second living - TV room with an extra bed sleeping one person. There are 3 verandas and a private rocky swimming spot 30 m from the house!

The Space:
The brand new interiors are very recently renovated in a traditional Cycladic style.

Guests can relax in the impressive main living room of the villa, sitting comfortably on a built-in corner sofa, adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast table located on a higher level. Breathtaking views of the sea are visible from all its large windows. The higher level veranda is perfect for enjoying the sunset in the afternoons or having drinks in the moonlight.

The villa, totally 163 sq.m., sleeps 7, in three bedrooms on the lower level: There is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms with built-in beds, one double and two singles can sleep 2 to 4 more guests. The large lower level living space can accommodate one more person in another built-in bed. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The room's balcony doors open onto a beautiful veranda in the shade with a dining table seating 8.

The villa's three verandas, each with incredible unobstructed views, are undoubtedly the best place to enjoy sitting, relaxing, eating or having drinks, any hour of the day.

Taking the stairs downhill, at a 30 m distance, a small private rocky swimming spot, away from crowds, is at the guests' disposal.

The Neighborhood:
Although Sifnos is one of the most beautiful islands of the Cyclades, it has yet to be discovered by many tourists. Its many picturesque villages, monasteries, hiking paths and clear water beaches are very well known in Greece. The island is also famous for its traditional pottery and delicious food.

The famous monastery of Chrysopigi, built on a rocky islet, is a must! You can swim in the crystal-clear waters of the sandy beach of Apokofto near Chrysopigi, or visit Platys Yialos, Vathi, and Fasolou. Afterwards, have lunch at any of the local tavernas found on every beach.

Apollonia, the capital, has lost nothing of its traditional charm. There are many shops selling local jewelry and pottery, as well as clothing and home furnishings. The town also offers restaurants serving regional or broadly Mediterranean food and a great nightlife with a full range of cafés, bars and clubs.

Kastro with its breathtaking views and Artemonas with its beautiful traditional architecture are two villages well worth visiting.

The monasteries of Profitis Ilias and Aghios Simeon offer a panoramic view of the whole island from up high.

There are numerous old paths that set out from this area towards the hills or the sea for those who love trekking.

Getting Around:
This extraordinary villa is situated in Saoures, with an unlimited view of the Aegean Sea and the famous monastery of Chrysopigi, the emblematic landmark of Sifnos. Just 30 m from the house, to the right of Saoures, there is a private rocky beach with crystal-clear water - a hidden gem!
The monastery, which is built on a rocky islet, is approximately a 20-minute walk from the house. You can swim off the rocks below it, or at Apokofto Beach, just another five minutes away, where you will find two excellent tavernas and a scuba diving school. Platys Yialos, the largest nearby beach, situated 2.5 kilometers from the property, has minimarkets, many restaurants and cafés, hotels, and a marina.
