5209A Calle Menorca - It does not get any better than this location! 5209 A Calle Menorca is one of four condos, on the property, in the heart of Siesta Key Village. This is a bottom floor unit. The interior is bright, airy and conducive to a beachy vacation while the exterior screams vacation with two pools and a tiki bar. Make your reservations fast because these will not remain available for long, especially in prime season.

THE SIESTA BEACH RENTALS ADVANTAGE

All photos, calendar dates, and rates on this website are 100% accurate. All of our homes include cable TV, Wi-Fi, quality linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our kitchens are stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. The unit is supplied with some basic household needs (starter roll of toilet paper and paper towel one garbage bag). SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, and we are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

Siesta Beach Rentals follows local/state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes and fees.

Check in was easy, no issues with access. Close proximity to beach, town and market. You do hear bands late at night on weekends, from inside so if you are looking for late night quiet this may not be ideal. However, we just slept with the tv on and it was easily ignored. Property was clean and well maintained and the back pool and sitting area was a wonderful add for the breezy cooler parts of the day.

While the unit does not have a beachview and is a short walk to the beach, the view of the pool area is beautiful and quiet. The entire unit was spotless and in a wonderful short distance to all the restaurants and shops in Siesta Key Village.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location — just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The listing was accurate, and check-in was smooth. Communication with the property owner was easy and prompt, which we appreciated. It was also a nice touch that the place had beach gear available for us to use, so we didn’t have to bring our own.That said, we did notice some cleanliness issues — we found a cockroach in the kitchen pans, and most of the kitchen utensils were dirty upon arrival. Overall, we liked the property and the convenience it offered, but we wish it had been a bit cleaner.

Roomy 2 bedroom 2 bath.clean, convenient location. Take a walk to town to shop or eat after a day at the beach. It is our second stay here and it feels like home. Management is available for any questions, etc.

Great July 4th Vacation

The property was as advertised! Great location for all of the Siesta Key activities! The unit was very spacious and cozy for my family with adult children. There was plenty of room for everyone! We would definitely stay here again! We had a wonderful stay!

Great Location and Property

I visited Siesta Key for a long weekend to decompress with my dog. This property was well maintained both inside and out, and the location is perfect. It is right by the best restaurants and bars in the village and just a short walk to the beach. The only time I needed to talk to Scott was to ask to extend my stay. He was very nice and helpful.

Perfect spot for our family to spend Christmas! 84 degrees in December was delightful! It was clean, there was plenty of space, close locations to walk to restaurants, and a 5 min walk to the beach! So glad we got to bring our dog too!

Siesta Key Getaway

My stay was very nice. The property is in a very good location with parking. Property was as described, however I found that there were 2 omissions in the description. I chose this property because it said ground floor. As my husband and I did not want to carry luggage up stairs. And also our dog , can not negotiate stairs. Upon arriving, I found that there was 4 steps to get to front door and also this is a 2 level condo. There are 4 steps to get to bedroom. This was a problem for our dog and we didn't like carrying luggage up steps. Luckily our dog only weighs 30 lbs , so we were able to pick him up. There is no description about the steps in the listing and no pictures. Otherwise, very nice stay and I believe management should add to description . For most people , I realize this is not a problem , but should be stated in the description

Family Vacation

Probably would not stay here again with family. Could have been cleaner. Lights for the pool did not work. Kitchen utensils dirty we had to clean them ourselves. There was a bachelorette party staying next door would stay up past 4AM each night and could hear everything they were doing. I would not recommend staying here with your family or little children. This property in my opinion would be more for your bachelor/bachelorette parties with the location being close to liquor store bars and restaurants. The only plus I would say for us was location and the fact that they supplied a wagon and chairs for us to use at the beach that's about it.

Great Location

This condo has a great location !! It's close to a grocery store. Liquor store, shops and restaurants !! Also just a short walk to the beach. Also loved the tropical vibe of the back yard with a spa/pool and cute grass style hut for drinks alo g with hammocks. Will definitely rent again !!
