- Per Sarasota ordinance, this rental is limited to 1 rental per 30 day period.

All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. Certain properties have weight and breed restrictions. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee per pet. Make sure to pick up after your dogs.
