The villa features a primary ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed, a guest bedroom with two double beds, and a spacious living and dining area with a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating families or groups.

Enjoy the beautifully updated, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances—perfect for preparing meals at home. Relax on the screened lanai, ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets, and take advantage of covered parking for convenience.

For your entertainment and comfort, the villa includes three large flat-screen TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

A great location that will be better when the road construction is completed. Great beach, nice pool, good parking.

I used blankets to cover the fabric couches. They looked worn. Lighting needs to be improved.

Overall very nice place. Nice people. Beautiful beach, pool was great! The owner is very responsive and seems genuinely interested in making the experience great!

Best Beach Ever!!

This property has a great location with a very short walk to the most beautiful beaches. I would only change out the twin beds for a queen or king, otherwise a great rental.

Just right villa

We loved our stay at Islandhouse Villas. V7 was show perfect. Our two kids enjoyed the twin beds. Super clean and had all the supplies we needed. I’m glad I brought 8 beach towels. The sand was amazingly soft. We didn’t know the pool was heated and kids loved night swimming. Central to everywhere! I loved the Siesta Key Village and was hopping with things to do. I also loved how the beach seemed more private with blue waters galore. We got picked up for our banana boat right there too!

It was perfect. Villa 7 was very clean and modern. Plenty of dishes. Very close to private beach. I kinda wish the laundry area would have been free, but that's not really a complaint, just an observation. The pool was very clean. The whole place is perfect and beautiful and pleasant.

Property management refused to clean the sea weed off the beach which was lots more than wed ever seen my family and I were not able to go out to the water which is what we came to do and payed for afraid of an infection; house was nice

Clean, good location, comfortable but lacking the extras

Villa 7 was as described on listing. Clean, comfortable beds, and close proximity to beach. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/storage containers/pans. For the cost it would have been nice to have a few items to help with the stay. The only products they provided were bar soap, toilet paper, 3 dishwasher tabs (only after I asked for them), towels and washcloths. There were no dish soap, paper towels, tissues, or beach towels,. On the beach they provide loungers/chairs but there were only 2 small cabana's. If you wanted shade you had to purchase an umbrella or canopy separately.

One of the best parts of Island House was the close proximity to the private beach. The sunsets were spectacular. We would definitely come back.

Island House

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 25 years. Island House is our favorite spot because of the "old Florida style" villas they have and the beautiful landscape with beach. Some places on the Key have "maximized" their property trying to fit as many condos into one property for the most profit. Island House is still spacious and private and reminds of the old Florida we originally fell in love with!

Lovely unit and complex!

This unit was exactly as pictured and described. Reviews were accurate. It is clean and updated and was very comfortable. The complex was lovely with fun amenities and beautiful beachfront. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Very pleased

We were very pleased with the accommodates of Villa 7 and the amenities at the Island House Beach Resort. The house itself and furnishings were clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely pool. The beach access and furniture provided was well adequate. Their were two things I think we wrote on the review we left at the office - 1. the screen-in porch's screen door latch did not work. 2. there could be a few more plastic containers withl lids for storage of food in 'fridge

Comfortable and Convenient

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this Villa. It was close to the beach and to the pool, which was great for keeping the kids busy. The Villa was clean and comfortable. The layout was great for our family of five. The location was perfect for a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We will be staying here again in the future!

Great rental for a family

This rental was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was clean, a short walk (my 2 year old did it unassisted) to the beach and had a pool with tons of noodles for the kids to play with. We would definitely stay here again!
