O mestre é remodelado e tem uma cama king size e banheiro principal com chuveiro e piso frio. 2 º quarto também remodelado tem 2 camas individuais. 2 banho tem nova área de azulejos banheira e piso de cerâmica. Ventiladores de teto e TV estão em quartos e sala de estar. Também unidade tem internet sem fio! Há novos pisos cerâmicos em todo, exceto para os 2 quartos que têm novo carpete. Esta unidade tem uma bela vista do Golfo do México a partir do sofá, mesa de jantar ou na varanda. Há espreguiçadeiras, mesa e cadeiras para tomar sol, comer ou simplesmente apreciar a vista da praia ou assistir o pôr do sol! A praia tem 99% de areia de quartzo que nunca queima seus pés, independentemente da temperatura. É muito branco e pulverulento! Ou desfrute do nosso terraço que tem uma vista fantástica! July 2016 Stay

Suggest replacing glass tables with more functional and safe ones. Kitchen tools need to be replaced. Pots and Pans ok. Have been coming to HOS for over 20 years Will reconsider staying in same unit if above is not changed.

We had an issue with the master bedroom tv and it was addressed immediately. The gentlemen who came to fix it was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Fun in the sun

A perfect 10 days on theb beach. We couldn't say more about the location, cleanliness, amenities, and interactions throughout the rental process. We rented a car for easy access to other beaches, groceries, the village but that would not be necessary if you planned on staying at the property's own amazing beach. The weather was amazing, which no one can control, but we where surely lucky. Would rent here again no questions asked.

House of Sun is located perfectly and provides easy access to the beach and other amenities. Unit 312 is adequately outfitted and offers most everything you need to enjoy your time there, including a fabulous view of the beach. The unit does need updating and a refresh, but if you don’t care about those things, you can enjoy your time there and focus on the beach. (As a side note, the association is changing their pricing structure, which results in a HUGE increase for upcoming rentals.)

Our unit was clean, the view was awesome we couldn’t see sunset but wasn’t a big deal because there are two sun decks to choose from or the beach. Everything was in walking distance, except the blvillage was a bit of a hike for kids. Everything was honestly 5 star except for the glass tables that my son literally sliced his toe open. We love siesta and will always stay at house of sun but they just have to get rid of the glass tables.

Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very easy to find, ideally located near the elevator. Everything was clean, organized and spacious for a family of four. I would say the beds do need upgrades, new beds pleases they are dated. The view and very good sized balcony was a welcomed treat every morning and throughout the day to relax and enjoy the view of the highly rate beach. The office staff were always welcoming, helpful and responsive to our questions, they were always just 1 phone call away. The maintenance staff were also very approachable, upon our arrival one of the building staff was very kind to retrieve a luggage cart for us and deliver it right to our car, he made us feel right at home.
