    Esta unidade do lado do Golfo tem uma visão leve da água, mas uma bela vista das palmeiras e do céu azul. Esta unidade tem telha toda a unidade. A unidade foi completamente remodelada em setembro de 2008 !!! Aproveite a nova cozinha e banheiros, todos com bancadas em granito. A unidade tem um rei e 2 camas de solteiro, e tem um sofá-cama que permite unidade para dormir 6. Esta unidade também tem uma TV e videocassete em ambos os quartos e sala de estar. Unidade 305 tem internet sem fio !!

A wonderful place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rides on the trolly and once a golf cart got us to distant places. We had the pick of many restaurants and enjoyed those immensely.

The suite is clean, quiet, fully equipped and provides comfortable bedding. It’s very well located, surrounded by various restaurants and stores. We definitely will rent it again when travelling to Siesta key.

It’s ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a week and our rental was gorgeous inside. Although it stocked there are no spices for cooking, limited towels, and Ac unit is controlled with a sign stating if set below, you’ll loose your deposit. You’re only allowed one vehicle so if traveling with several, it’s 20.00 a day for extra parking. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Unfortunately for us the people above us ran around their place all night, drunk people slamming around in the hallway, and someone burnt something in their apartment it took hours to clear out the smell of burnt plastic.

Our friends were staying at the Crescent and it was nice b/c we were so close to their location without paying $1000 more.

Unhappy for the first time in 12 trips

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed this trip. Had to get up at 6am to get a beach lounge chair thanks to Sammy's. Children running and jumping in pool, parents throwing the kids in pool, toy all over pools area. If you did not rent a canopy or umbrella you were out of luck to enjoy view of the beach and ocean. Our room was very outdated. The furniture was so torn and worn.

June 2017 Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. This is my second time staying at the House of Sun and we will be back! Only request is the beach to be raked once a week... but that isn't a complaint.
