"The location was great. Short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants. The bed in the master bedroom had the biggest dip in the middle that I have ever seen. You could actually see it even when the bed was made. Furniture needs a definite upgrade. Stains on the couch. Kitchen chairs were unsteady. "
