Best location on Siesta Key/Crescent Beach - just steps to the water!

This beautiful two-bedroom condo is located just steps from the world-famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach. That means there are no roads to cross to access our private, gated beach.

Recently updated, Unit 307 has a colorful Florida-themed décor and furnishings. It sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master and a queen and full bed in the second bedroom. All of the beds have memory foam toppers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip and Keurig coffee maker. There is a full array of cooking utensils as well as a slow cooker and indoor/outdoor electric grill.

For entertainment, there is a 65-inch smart TV and DVD player in the living room with free Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO. The master bedroom has a 45-inch HDTV and the second bedroom has a 37-inch HDTV. The dining room table seats 6 and the couch, loveseat, and reclining chair are perfect for relaxing and/or watching TV. If you prefer the outside, you can enjoy the cool gulf breezes on your private lanai.

The Sea Shell Condominium beachfront vacation rental complex is one of the most convenient locations on Siesta Key. Directly across the street, there is a multitude of shopping, dining, and sightseeing experiences. Sea Shell features a large, heated pool with a spacious pool deck. We provide beach towels for our guests as well as both upright and lounge chairs for the beach. Beach umbrellas and canopies are available for rent on the beach directly behind Sea Shell. You can also enjoy our new Tiki Hut to relax during the day and/or have lunch or dinner on one of our picnic tables. Two gas grills and two charcoal grills are available to enjoy a memorable cookout on the beach as part of a vacation to remember!

Perfect location! Gorgeous Beach!

Great location and so easy to walk to bars, restaurants, coffee, market and more! So great for us and our children! The condo was so comfortable and had everything ! The beach and lounges made every day such a beautiful perfect beach day! Management were nice and helpful! Only small issue was whoever stayed above us made excessive noise moving items very early in the mornings! We very much enjoyed our vacation!

Nice beachfront property

Nice location right on beach. Did not enjoy being so close to public access beach area. Prefer a more quiet secluded beach. Easy walking distance to a few restaurants and bars.

This was a great weekend getaway. The beach was super clean and close. Plenty of rentals near by as well as food spirits and shops. Loved the coffee garden across the street too :) A+

Gorgeous condo with a great location!

Spring Break 2019 with family and friends vacation!! We had a great time and loved the condo!! Very clean and updated!! The location was perfect for us as it has its own private beach so it wasn’t too crowded! Great restaurants nearby and a short trolly ride to The Village! We would highly recommend!!

Great Location!

Sea Shell condo is in a great location! Walking distance to decent restaurants, bars, groceries, and the trolly stop to to the Villages in just across the street! The beach is awesome! Comfy lounge chairs are provided so no need to bring your beach chair from home. Our condo had beach towels as well. Even though our condo was set back from the ocean, we did have a view of the ocean from our balcony. My only complaint is that while the pool is very nice, it’s on the street side. It would have been so much nicer if it were on the ocean side. No matter, we had a wonderful time!

Not what I expected.

This was our first visit to Siesta Key Florida. First let me say the photos are deceiving. Bathrooms are tiny and so is the kitchen. You look at condos on either side of you. Tall condos. There are only 5 floors, and the rooms ending in the #1 are the only ones who have and unobstructed view of the beach. I don’t enjoy sitting on my balcony staring at a condo next to me. Not my idea of a good view. You can wash clothes but are charged anywhere from a $1.25 to $1.50 depends on what floor you are on and that is per wash & dry. So anywhere from $2.50 to $3.00 to wash and dry one load of clothes. Towards end of the week when you got off evelators you could smell garabage on the first floor due to trash room being on the bottom level. Over all room was clean and we had no issues with the unit we stayed in. Water was not this brilliant aqua color in photo, but a much darker color with a brown tint and had lots of grass and other stuff floating in the water. When you were in the ocean you could feel it hitting your legs and it would be on your swimsuit when you got out of the water. Beach was very crowded and swim suits were very, very SMALL. I’ve been to other parts of Florida and never seen so many butt cheeks. I have traveled to Florida and stayed at Destin and Fort Myers, and Clearwater Florida in the last 6 years, the same week each year and have never seen or heard anything about the “Red Tide”. People keep say the red tide was the reason the water was so murky and dirty. One day we traveled to a neighboring beach. Venice Beach to look for shark’s teeth and there was dead fish all over the beach. Once again we were told it was due to the red tide. I don’t understand why this beach has been named the BEST beach in Florida time and time again. I’ve traveled to St. John’s, Bermuda, St. Thomas, Private Islands on cruise ships and the Bahamas. The water in this picture looks like the water in all those places, but not in person. I’ve seen much prettier beaches in Florida and will never visit this area of Florida again.

Quiet, Convenient, Beautiful Condo

For our fourth annual Sarasota retreat we were delighted with our Sea Shell condo unit in every way. It was beautifully equipped, extremely comfortable - especially the beds, and in a perfect location for our needs. The office staff were always pleasant and helpful. The kitchen was incredibly equipped. There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms great. The whole condo was very, very clean and in excellent order. The furniture was comfortable and all our needs were met. We were so amazed at how quiet the unit was - we never heard another person when we were inside. The beach access is perfect and we loved having the lounge chairs right on the beach. We could even watch the sunset from our balcony!!! We cannot wait to come back in 2019!!
