Our beautiful and spacious townhouse is located across the street from Siesta Key Beach. How close is the beach? The condo/townhouses complex is on Beach Rd. You only need to go across Beach Rd and walk across the open space public parking, and you will be at the beach. Siesta Key Beach is voted #1 beach in the world, and is known for its white, fine, powdery quartz sand and amazing sunsets. The famous Siesta Key drum circle occur every Sunday 1 to 2 hours before sunset.
All brand new flooring in the unit were installed Fall 2017.. Kitchen were updated with all new appliances in 2018. Freshly painted in 2019. Our House At The Beach offers a large heated pool, two tennis courts, large open gazebo with tables/chairs and a grill.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking permitted on the two outside balconies only.
