Come vacation in this first floor, quiet and recently remodeled unit. New bathroom, mattresses, bedding, paint, hardware, lighting, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances. Unit is very clean and comfortable.

Once you enter the community, it feels like a small neighborhood of it's own. It's one of the most family friendly and safe communities on the key with 2 NEW designated Pickleball Courts! We are a gated community, 5-10 minute walk across the street to private beach access and a full car garage.

Highly recommend this place to when anyone wanting to stay in Siesta Key. The condo was very clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and the outside patio was a main hangout for the family. Mary was so easy to work with and responded in a timely manner. We Will definitely book here again!

Wonderful Condo

Absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It is a beautiful, well supplied unit with a nice backyard view. Plenty of space and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of beach necessities in the garage including a beach wagon for hauling them over the short walk to the beach. By this condo having private beach access it was not crowded and the white sand was cool under your feet. The owner, Mary, was excellent to work with and responded to every question promptly. Our stay was very relaxing and cannot wait to come back. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo, you will not be sorry!

Fantastic Location. Wonderful property close to the beach.

This was the perfect location and townhome for our week visiting siesta key. The property is exactly as described and includes all the amenities one would want for a comfortable vacation. Private beach access for busy days or a one minute drive to Siesta Public Beach. Our if feeling a bit for adventurous, Turtle Beach and Coquina are a quick drive. The interior is updated, the development is gated, safe, quiet and includes 2 heated pools and pickle ball courts. Hard to beat this location in Siesta Key. Mary was fantastic at communicating whenever necessary, check in couldnā€™t be easier, and the property had most critical comfort items for those traveling by plane including: Beach towels, beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs, pickle ball paddles, and many more. We look forward to coming back to Siesta and this will be our first look when we do. Thanks Mary for being a great host, and facilitating a perfect beach getaway for our family.

Me and my two kids LOVED this condo and the condo property! Maryā€™s place was immaculate and so comfortable. There was an abundance of towels and supplies. The patio was so peaceful and the cross breeze was a dream. We were a 2 minute walk to the pool which was so clean and perfect temperature. We made memories that we can never forget here and will be back!

A great family vacation!

Perfect for a family

We enjoyed the location and the ability to go fishing off the wall on the bay side or walk to the ocean. It's also an quick and easy ride to the downtown area, or head the other direction if you need to run and get something at the market. We would stay here again if it's available for our next trip.

Wonderful stay - exceed expectations!

The house was clean, comfortable for our family of 4, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, which was shorter than advertised. The location exceeded our expectations, and Mary, the owner, was fantastic to work withā€”promptly available and very helpful when needed. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Great Family Vacation

We were just down to SK last week and stayed at this property. It was perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful with nice amenities. We loved taking walks nightly around the the walking trail. In the mornings, we loved that we were close enough to jog down to a little area that had coffee shops, and two yummy places to grab breakfast. The one was called toasted mango cafe and the other was a quick crab for acai bowls, smoothies, and or coffee. We enjoyed both. There was a little gift shop down this way as well that was fun to stop in. There is also a place to rent jet skis which we did in this area. There are two shops there where my daughters and I enjoyed shopping while my husband booked jet skiing. The one shop I believe was called Fin. We found this area very walkable, but could certainly drive too as we had no trouble finding parking around this area when we were there. The main village of siesta key is not far the other direction as well with tons of other choices. The host Mary has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I never had a concern of being able to reach her if I needed anything. She is extremely responsive and available. Comfortable beds are important to us and we thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The patio area is nice and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing throughout the week. Would stay here again. Excellent host!

Spring Break at Siesta

Great experience! Mary was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the stay! The place is comfortable and located in a beautiful area. Would definitely recommend and stay where again. My only suggestion is to offer a garage door opener to guests. It was a pain to get in and out of vehicle to open and close garage door! Otherwise zero complaints! Thanks for a beautiful week!

Nice location and pool

The townhouse was clean and a nice size for our 2 week stay. My family and I felt the beds were terrible and the towels need to be replaced. The owner is very nice and helpful.
