This holiday home is located in Sierksdorf's villa district and was renovated and partially refurnished in 2021. The ground floor has tiled floors throughout and is heated by underfloor heating. A Danish wood-burning stove is also available for cozy evenings. The open-plan dining area features a dining table with five comfortable chairs, perfect for game nights. A highchair is provided free of charge. The adjoining living room has a three-seater and a two-seater genuine leather sofa by Himolla. The three-seater sofa has reclining functions. A flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a stereo system, and board games are provided. From the living room, you can access the terrace and a small garden. The terrace can be shaded with an electric awning.

The separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a coffee machine. A washing machine is located in a side room off the kitchen.

The guest WC with a window is located in the entrance hall.

The two bedrooms and the shower room are located on the top floor of the house. The master bedroom features a box-spring bed, two built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV mounted on the ceiling (perfect for watching TV in bed), and three windows. There is also room for the travel cot, which is provided free of charge. In winter, you can see part of the Baltic Sea, only about 50 meters away, from this bedroom. The second bedroom has a small flat-screen TV with an integrated DVD player, a bunk bed, and a 1.20-meter-wide bed. The approximately 15-square-meter roof terrace (with evening sun) is accessible from the children's bedroom.

The staircase can be secured at the top with the existing safety gate.

All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters.

A free parking space on the fully fenced property (with an electric gate) ensures secure parking for your car and any bicycles you bring with you.
