Set amidst the timeless beauty of the Tuscan countryside, this elegant Liberty-style villa enjoys an exceptional location just 3 km from the medieval city of Siena.
Combining the romance of historic architecture with the serene atmosphere of the surrounding countryside, the villa offers an enchanting retreat for those wishing to experience Tuscany at its most authentic and captivating. Its privileged position makes it the perfect base for discovering Siena’s magnificent historic centre, rolling landscapes, celebrated vineyards, and the region’s rich cultural heritage.
The estate is perfectly suited to family reunions and special celebrations, including unforgettable weddings. A magnificent large limonaia cottage provides an enchanting setting for elegant dinner parties, complemented by beautifully equipped outdoor spaces and a charming Italian garden, creating the perfect atmosphere for memorable gatherings.
Entrance is in a big living room with sofas and tables, a dining area with a table for 12 is available in another part of the ground floor area, as also a large dining-kitchen with excellent equipment including a dish washer, two single bedrooms, shower room, separate WC and wash basin, boiler and laundry room, underground wine cellar. The gracious dining-room has glazed doors leading to a terrace where one can dine outside, overlooking the walled rose garden with lemon trees and a lemon house at the rear.
A marble staircase leads to a sitting room on the first floor, off which are two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, and a bedroom with a small double bed. There are three bathrooms and a dressing room on this floor.
The Villa accommodates in total 12 people but another bed can be added on request. The furniture includes many antiques and there is an Art Nouveau atmosphere, enhanced by prestigious draperies and decorative granite flooring. Every room has a TV point and a telephone plug.
Outdoor, situated in a corner of the garden there is a swimming pool, in contrast to the house, it is simple and unadorned; but it has a wonderful view of Siena, and serves its purpose for swimming, cooling off and having fun after a long day's sight seeing. The ground floor of the lemon house holds sun furniture for the swimming pool set in the olive grove below the house.  Surely the most important point of the outdoor area is the fantastic garden overlooking Siena where you can enjoy an alfresco dinner under a huge oak tree.
Next to the Villa, simply passing a path in the garden, is situated the country style Dependance with it's private swimming pool. This annex with Eight Bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom can easily sleep 16 people. Both complexes, the Villa and the Dependance are often rented together for big groups to guarantee them the absolute privacy, when also they need to celebrate an event or simply for a reunion.
A new cottage is available with a private living room area and kitchen and an upper floor bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, with stunning view of Siena city.
