A cozy and spacious 95-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a historic building right in the city center. The property is located in a quiet area in the heart of Siena’s historic center (ZTL), just a stone’s throw from Piazza del Campo and the main tourist attractions, all easily accessible on foot.

The apartment consists of a living/dining room, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, and a bathroom.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator: please note that there are a few steps both at the entrance and inside, separating the various rooms.



The layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, TV, and dining table;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, mini-fridge with freezer compartment, moka pot, electric kettle, conventional oven, toaster, microwave, and air fryer;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, dresser, and fan;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a closet, and a fan;

- BEDROOM III with a single bed, dresser, and fan;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited fiber-optic Wi-Fi, independent heating, hair dryer, washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Siena Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; and completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of any issues, telephone assistance will be available until 12 a.m.



The apartment is located in the heart of Siena’s beautiful medieval historic center (ZTL), in a quiet and convenient area, close to all major amenities, including cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies. The property is just a short walk from the city’s main attractions, including Piazza del Campo—considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world and the site of the famous Palio held twice a year; the extraordinary Duomo and Baptistery; the Palazzo Pubblico; the remarkable Torre del Mangia, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city; the National Art Gallery.

In the area surrounding Siena, it’s well worth exploring the Chianti, Val d’Elsa, and Crete Senesi regions, where you’ll find culinary delights and extraordinary landscapes.

- From Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can reach Florence Central Station by tram or bus, from where you can take a bus to Siena, with a stop just a few minutes’ walk from the property.



- Siena Station is located 950 meters from the apartment, a 15-minute walk from the property. The most convenient way to reach the accommodations are by taxi (10 minutes); alternatively, you can take the bus, which departs from the station every 5 minutes and reaches the city center in 5 minutes.



- If you’re traveling by car, please be aware that the property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Free parking is available from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Via Biagio di Montluc and Viale Armando Diaz (NOT guaranteed). The nearest paid parking lot is Car Valet Leonardo, located at Via Bettino Ricasoli 29, 550 meters from the apartment.
