"Quando chegamos no apartamento a porta, que deveria estar aberta, estava trancada e um outro hóspede nos emprestou o telefone e fez a ligação para a proprietária, pois não tínhamos o contato. A proprietária nos avisou que não haveria lugar para dormir, pois houve oberbooking. Nos disse que devolveri o dinheiro, mas não nos relocou. Tivemos que procurar outro lugar para passar a noite de aniversário de casamento. Foi decepcionante!"

"Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt, die Unterkunft hat uns liebevoll empfangen, selbst für den Hund lagen Leckerchen bereit. Alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht (Kaffeefilter, Gewürze,...) Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren inklusive, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft,um von hieraus Städte wie Stuttgart, Tübingen ect zu entdecken...."

"We hebben een fijne week gehad in deze ruime villa. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de Neckar en omgeving was prachtig. De twee slaapkamers zijn fijn ruim en de bedden slapen goed. De gastvrouw en heer zijn erg vriendelijk. Fijn is ook dat je bovenlangs naar het kasteel kan wandelen. "

"Fantastic stay in Heidelberg! Julia was fantastic with communication. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this first floor apartment. It was a lovely neighborhood, Aldi and restaurants within walking distance and yet a kitchen with enough equipment that we enjoyed meals at the apartment too. Would love to return!"
