"Atenta a fatura que nos foi apresentada pelo hotel, cujo valor era substancialmente inferior ao previamente pago no ato da reserva, tudo indica que fomos colocados num quarto de qualidade inferior ao da reserva. Terei que esclarecer! O quarto era voltado para um telhado do hotel em reconstrução. Quando se ligava a água do banho, vinha um cheiro de esgoto muito repugnante."

"Piscine fabuleuse , tres beau jardin , belle chambre, un vrai 4*. Prix bar piscine exagérés. Facturation de 20e pour service piscine plage ne devrait pas etre a ce niveau de tarif. Devrait etre integré dans le tarif. Idem pour les 3e la serviette piscine."

"O hotel é péssimo. Esqueça as fotos da internet. A realidade é outra. Reservei-o porque, pelo mapa, achei que era bem próximo ao aeroporto, onde teria um voo muito cedo. Nem isso. Fica a 20min. Assim, eu poderia ter passado a noite noutro hotel, dentro de Palermo. Esse nem é na cidade, nem junto ao aeroporto. Fraco, mal conservado, com um péssimo restaurante/pizzaria. A roupa de cama não parecia ter sido trocada. Havia cabelos na minha cama. Um horror."
