The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a spacious and well-appointed vacation rental.
On the ground floor, the living and dining room spans 22 m2 and opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Adjacent to the living area, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct terrace access. The fully equipped open kitchen is situated on this level and likewise opens onto the terrace. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.
The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms, each finished with modern furnishings and offering private terrace or balcony access. The first upper-floor bedroom measures 20 m2, is fitted with 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, and includes a dedicated shower room with WC. The second upper-floor bedroom also features 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and opens onto the terrace. The third upper-floor bedroom is equally appointed with 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and accesses a 3 m2 balcony. A further shower room with WC serves these upper-floor bedrooms.
