The property is oriented in a south-west facing position and features modern furnishings throughout.
On the ground floor, the living and dining room extends over 22 m2 and opens directly onto the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space and provides direct access to the terrace as well. A first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the terrace. A shower room with WC serves this floor.
On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to offer privacy and comfort. The first of these rooms measures 20 m2 and includes 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower room with WC, and a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom on this floor also features 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and provides access to a balcony of 3 m2. A shared shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this level.
