"The place is very nice and has a view to the fort. The cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing with dust all over the floor, the bed sheets dirty and the water in the shower didn’t drain correctly. We also used the laundry services, they sent a shirt dirty and we had to sent it back again. For dinner we wanted to eat at the hotel, as when we arrived they told us they offered the service, but they didn’t have it. For breakfast they have very limited options. In general it is a pitty...

"The hotel stay was excellent. The owner is very polite, helpful and maintains a friendly approach throughout the visit. He also provided proper guidance whenever needed. The rooms and bathroom are neat and clean, and the service is very responsive, even during late night even mid night also. The location is close to Ghanta Ghar, which is convenient for travel. Overall, a very good experience."

"Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements...
