THESE SUITES ARE TERRIBLE, POOR SERVICE, THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS DISCRIMINATORY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LEENEU AND DRISS (MAINTENANCE MAN). I AM HISPANIC, NATURALIZED IN THE USA. AFTER WAITING ALMOST AN HOUR AND MAKING MANY CALLS TO 0 AND 500, SOMEONE APOLOGIZED BUT I KEPT WAITING, A MAN APPEARED WHO WAS BADLY SLEEPING, ANGRY. I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE DEMANDS, IN THEIR IGNORANCE, HAVING AN ID AND CREDIT CARD, IT SHOULD GIVE THEM A CLUE AND EVEN IF IT HADN'T, THEY DON'T HAVE TO TREAT US LIKE THIS, ONLY ONE HAND SOAP, ONE LARGE TOWEL AND ONE SMALL ONE FOR EACH. I ASKED FOR EXTRA BECAUSE THAT'S NOT ENOUGH, THAT'S NOT HOW IT WAS GIVEN TO EVERYONE! NOT A GLASS, NOT A TEA OR COFFEE SACHET, NOTHING. IF I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE, THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME "GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL" IN THE DAWN, UPSTAIRS AROUND 1 AM. EVERYTHING YOU NEED, YOU HAVE TO GO UP AND DOWN, CARRYING AND BRINGING THE DIRTY TOWELS TO RECEIVE NEW ONES. ON THE OTHER HAND, AT THE SHIFT CHANGE, THE AFOREMENTIONED FRONT DESK GAVE ME THE NORMAL SET OF TOWELS THAT ARE GIVEN IN EVERY HOTEL. HER TREATMENT WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THEY SHOULD FIRE THE ONE WHO ATTENDED ME ON FRIDAY. I HAD A RESERVATION FROM THURSDAY UNTIL DEPARTURE ON SUNDAY 7/20/25. THERE WAS NO CHANGE OF SHEETS, NO KITCHEN TOWELS IN THE SUITE. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TELL YOU HOW STINKY THE ROOMS ARE. THEY WERE NIGHTS AND DAYS PAID FOR INCONVENIENCE.
