"This was one of the worse place I have ever been in"

"We were just traveling through Mississippi and decided to stay over for the night. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was clean. The staff friendly. When traveling with pets, so often you are stuck in the old, dingy rooms, but not so with this hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely consider staying again should we ever be in the area!"

"The carpet was old rooms didn’t smell real good but no toilet paper is in the bathroom. It’s a lady up front. Sheila almost look like she was doing everything herself. she was working on 6/2/26 and was very pleasant and helpful she should probably be working days and running that place"

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No shower curtain, no towels, reused sheets from previous person, roaches, smoked blunt on the window seal, cigarette burns in the sheets. Slept on top of the sheets since we thought we’d get bed bugs from the bed. The old adage of “you get what you pay for” has never been more true, spend a few more bucks so you don’t have to sleep in this absolute dump."

"Air conditioner unit went out. The hotel didn’t inform us or accommodate us. It was so hot w, we checked out early, and barely stayed in the room more than an hour. We still payed. A waste of my trip and money."

"The place hasn't been renovated in a long time; there's rust in the bathroom, and the refrigerator and microwave are old. Plus, there's a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel."

"It is just BEST hotel to stay at in Ruidoso, New Mexico. So clean and private. Staff goes over and beyond!! I will be back!!"

"The property is in a terrible area. At a surface level, the hotel is ok. But you see lots of things that need repaired."

"Need more 2 room suites with ADA. Excellent room for families, especially with children and teens. Many amenities. Free excellent breakfast."

"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...
