"The top of the desk and the night stand were not wiped off and were dirty. Additionally, the sheets seemed dirty. The bathroom was clean, though. Additionally, the staff was friendly. I just wish the room felt more clean."

"Bed sheet had brown splatter stains. White towels were grey looking. Dead bolt on door was broken like the door had been kicked in. Room looks like it's had updates but the door was rough looking. TV worked sporadically. It was overall a super sketchy looking place. Staff was nice though. Rather overpriced for the quality of the place and the poor quality of bedding and towels, only bathroom items was 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoo, not sure there was kleenex either, maybe roll of toilet paper....

"Room smelt terrible, was dirty, and I woke up itching from head to toe. Bedding was stained and I believe infested with flees or bedbugs. Would not recommend."

"Front desk clerk “Season” was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was okay. Breakfast area was large and clean. Yogurts, cereal, scrambled eggs and fruit."

"Did not like we had to check in at a different hotel location....and return keys there when checking out. I think there were other options at check out. Parking was tight. Only 2 spots left when we returned after 9:30pm. Very close to all the bakeries via car. Walking distance to most of downtown shops. Great Pretzel place across street."

"This hotel was exceptionally clean and very noticeable from entry through the front door. The rooms were very clean as well and I love the kitchenette in the rooms. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The grounds was very well kept too. Everything was so clean and that is excellent for me. I usually do not sleep on hotel sheets but I felt comfortable sleeping on those sheets. I must say that I did not like the breakfast. Some scrambled eggs would have been great and it was very...

"Someone was above me walking all night long. I got up at 430 as I had an early morning commitment and they were still walking around. It was very unsettling honestly. The hotel was basically empty so I’m not sure why I was placed under someone’s living space. There aren’t paid rooms above the first floor so I’m not sure what was happening."

"We were welcomed politely, but right away were told we could not have the room we booked in advance: we had called in advance in the morning as was mentioned we should do before checking in. During booking , we knew we could bring a pet , with paying a fee, which was fine with us. During our call that morning, the person who answered our call, stated we would not have the room with the view over the valley , but a different room in the hotel and the the security fee for the dog was $100. "The room was moldy, I had to leave the room due to the mold since I am allergic to mold. Contacted for a refund, which the hotel denied. Drug invested area, cars parked on the road beside the hotel, pulled out lawn chairs and were drinking on the side of the road. Very un safe area and dirty hotel.
