"The staff was always friendly and engaging but the service wise at the bars and restaurants was slow. It takes ages before they will reach out and offer a drink or food menu. The hotel doesnt provide any tours and doesn’t collaborate with the travel agencies to offer such services. They dont have any entertainment either, it feels like you stay in the retirement community. 🙃 It is centrally located within the walking distance to the major institutions and downtown area."

Capricorn was such a relief - the room is spacious, bright, well layed out and the view is spectacular. It was great to have an outdoor porch and to have the opportunity to prepare simple meals. "Very good hotel ,staff very good , On arrival , fridge not working , fridge replaced . Aircon was dripping water as the discharge hose was leaking . Room was changed . Very happy with the service and staff . Kitchen very clean nice breakfast ."

"The bathroom is bad... the air con was difficult to handle. After dark you need to light up the lights from the outside so the people in the streets don't see what you are doing so the windows don't have a total blackout. The TV only has 2 channels and working badly... there were a lot of ants in the ground and in the bed. Laundry too expensive! Be careful! they will charge you extra 'taxes' for the laundry. if you need to print or scan anything they will charge you! I've never seen an hotel...
