The Space



When you’ve exhausted your energy for the day from playing and exploring, enjoy and unwind on the covered wraparound porch, have coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the wildlife and weather. The enclosed backyard is perfect for BBQ’s and gives your kids room to run and play.

—  Kitchen and dining area seats up to 16 people.



—  Highchair, booster seat, bouncer and playpen crib combo available upon request for families with babies.



—  Decorated in a rustic cabin style.



—  Porch with table, chairs and deck chairs.



—  Fully fenced off backyard, patio chairs and picnic table. Outdoor grill hooked on natural gas so you can endlessly grill and be        fine (grilling utensils included).



—  Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.







Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a king-sized bed and a view into the tall trees when you wake up in the morning. There are 2 closets and a built-in dresser in this room and the hallway bathroom with double shower is shared with the 3rd bedroom.







Room 2: This is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a window towards the tall trees. It has 2 closets and a built-in dresser, and the 2nd bathroom is next to this room.







Room 3: This bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 full-sized beds on the bottom and 2 twin-sized beds on the top. It has 2 closets and a built-in dresser and is great for sleeping up to 6 people. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.







The Kitchen:



Food is a huge deal when getting together. All you need to bring is your food.



—“Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.



—  Full size natural gas stove with oven.



—  Dishwasher including dishwashing soap.



—  Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including pots, pans, serving dishes, platters and more.



—  Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.



—  Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family.



—  1 Keurig coffee pot, 12 cup coffee pot, including coffee filters, 1 hot pot to boil water (for tea), 1 tea pot, 1 blender, 1 electric       pancake grill, 1 toaster.
