Newly remodeled, clean and spacious cabin on the 7th hole!

COVID-19 UPDATE:

While we have always kept a high regard of the cabin’s cleanliness, we want you to know that we are now taking even more precaution as we continue to keep Namastay’s doors open, offering you a peaceful retreat from all the chaos.

In addition to sanitizing door handles, light switches, etc; a UV light air scrubber has been installed within the cabin’s AC/heating system- killing viruses, bacteria, mold and odor, offering superb air quality.

Enjoy the brand new front and back decks! We have also extended the length of and covered the back deck. The stairs now go directly to the fire-pit. Pavers have been laid all around the fire-pit and in other spots around property to connect walkways.



Live large when you make yourself at home in this newly remodeled, 5 bedroom cabin that is extremely clean and livable. Nestled into a prime cul-de-sac lot along the 7th hole of the Pinetop Country Club Golf Course, you will enjoy views of the course's pond and many tall pines. This cabin has the perfect balance between contemporary and rustic feels. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck, maybe move it to the back deck for happy hour. Want to stay cozy inside? Then snuggle up by the fire, enjoy family-style dining with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Children can play in the yard while their parents can easily see them out of one of the many large windows. Or leave the children at home and enjoy a woodsy getaway for adults. Boredom is impossible with the seasonal amenities Pinetop has to offer within minutes of your cabin.

*This is a luxury cabin with high-end furnishings. We have no tolerance for the property or it’s belongings being mistreated. If you are not able to clean up your mess or refrain from damaging anything of any kind, please do not choose this rental.

**There is a security camera visible on the front patio/entry. All guests residing on property must be accounted for in overall guest count.

Great home

We had a wonderful vacation at this home, and really enjoyed the layout and functionality of the home. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the space and yard were a perfect fit for 8 adults and the 4 kids staying with us. I’d love to go back next year.

BOOK THIS CABIN NOW!!

Just wow! This cabin has everything you would need and more. It was the perfect getaway for my family and I to escape the Phoenix heat. This cabin is fully stocked with all your needs from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Not only was the house perfect, but the views are incredible (especially if you are a golfer!)! I wanted to bring the outside deck home with me! It was lovely to sit out there and enjoy the weather! I searched through a lot of houses in the neighborhood and I am SO glad I booked this one. We will definitely be back to enjoy this little piece of paradise! Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful cabin… Until next time :)

A favorite for our family.

We have stayed at this beautiful cabin for the past four Summers. It has been perfect for us. The house is well-maintained and has everything that you need. The only bad thing is that our granddaughters cry when they have to leave Sparky and big elk in the front yard . Thank you so much.

Big home for big families

This home had everything we needed to spent Christmas with my whole family, what we liked the most was that we had the two tables side by side to have dinner all at the same time together, it was a very important feature we were looking for in a house. The house is fully equipped, the only thing we missed having and didn't want to spend money on was a mop, having the kids coming from outside with their boots full of ice and mud was not fun to deal with everytime they went out to play, I didn't feel comfortable using bathroom towels or paper towels for that. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it and stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious house

This was the third time that we rented this house for our family summer vacation and we hope to rent it again. The house is updated and very comfortable. The host thought of everything we might need for the kitchen. It is an absolutely beautiful location. Would definitely recommend. As a sidenote – my twin, two year old granddaughters love Sparky and big elk in the front yard. That is the highlight for them.

Excellent place for a family get away

The place was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was incredible and very well stocked with every gadget and appliance. The dining area was very accommodating for our group of 11. Even though it was in a neighborhood area, it was very quiet and we still felt like we were in the woods. Just an overall super great place! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous house

This property has everything you need! Kitchen very well stocked with plates, pots and all types of cookware. It’s a newly remodeled house and because we booked it to spend Christmas there, they even put up the tree and all kinds of decorations. We really felt like home…. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We rent cabins all the time and I can honestly say this one is by far our favorite. We’ll definitely coming back.

Not clean, flies and bad communication

Stayed for 3 nights for our son's wedding in the area. Had my mother-in-law and elderly family stay with us. The house was large and was located in a nice wooded area. When we arrived the house was not fully clean. There were dead flies on various window sills, dust, and cobwebs in the ceiling. When we arrived the house had dozens of gnats and flies. When I contacted the owner it took a couple of hours for her to get back to me. She suggested using the fly swatter and keeping the doors closed. The doors were closed so not sure where they all came from and we know to keep bugs out that you need to keep windows and doors closed. Did not need to be reminded of this simple task. There were a couple of windows we could not open as several screens had holes in them. The patio door wall also had large gaps and could not keep them open. Spent a couple of hours trying to kill them all. Extremely embarrassing as we were hosting our family for the wedding. There were not enough towels for all 8 guests we had in the house. Had to again wait about an hour for the owner to respond and get enough towels for all the guests to shower before the wedding. The owner stated they do not have any extra towels in the house and would have housekeeping bring some. The owner stated they leave 1 of each type of towel per person. We did not have even that many, and it is very odd that they do not have extra towels on hand. On the second day as we were making breakfast casseroles for everyone, the oven stopped working. Also, we could not find dishwasher tabs. After a couple of hours, she stated they were in a little dish with a lid on the window sill. No mention that they were there in any information packets in the house. The stairs up to the second floor needed more lighting. My spouse and father-in-law both tripped coming down at night. Overall, the owner was very slow in responding to issues and requests. In previous rentals on VRBO, the owners would respond within a few minutes not hours.

Mamastay on your next vacation

Our stay here was in the month of August with 5 couples. You feel comfortable in every room, although most of our time was spent on the back patio, which is covered. The mornings were spent sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee and the evenings were spent on the patio with our favorite beverage. If your interested in going into town, there are a couple of eateries. We did take some time and headed into town to check out The Den, Pinetop Brewery, The House to name a few. I would definitely recommend this property and plan on coming back.

This is a large property that was a perfect getaway for our extended family. Beautiful location. Well equipped kitchen. Updated with great porch area. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Property

This house far exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious and completely updated. Beautiful finishes throughout and fully loaded kitchen. The lot is expansive and a great backyard deck with BBQ and view of the golf course. We had three families with a handful of teenagers. Slept 12 of us easily and comfortably. Location is prime as it is 30 minutes to Ski Mountain and 5 minutes to town. Awesome golf course community. Would highly recommend this house.

Cozy and Clean!

This cabin hosted my family over the thanksgiving holiday and it was one of the best trips. The basement was so fun for the kids to have a space to hang in. The living, kitchen, and dining areas were so perfect for a big group to hang, play games, and eat. The oven was amazing for cooking thanksgiving dinner. Must book! Host was so kind and amazing with communication. Thank you for a place for our family to make amazing memories!

Perfect place to stay

What a beautiful home and in an excellent area! The home had everything you needed to experience a peaceful vacation. Very well organized and stacked with kitchen appliances, wood, games, etc. We will be returning.
