Welcome to K & K Chalet!! Located in the desirable Pinetop Lakes Country Club neighborhood, our spacious 2,200 sq ft single-level home offers the perfect combination of privacy/tranquility and fun family activities. Set back on a quiet street, this 3 bedroom 2 bath comfortably sleeps 10 and can accommodate up to 14. Perfect for larger or multiple families, the updated Kitchen is fully stocked and opens to the Dining and Family rooms. An expandable dining table can seat up to 11, and there's additional seating for 4.

Two separate living spaces allow everyone to spread out and enjoy their preferred activities. The Family Room includes a large stone fireplace (gas - no clean-up!), vaulted ceilings, and tons of natural light - the perfect spot to cozy up with a good book or watch a movie with the family. For those looking for more action, our tricked-out Game Room is where you want to be! Complete with pool table, dart board, large screen smart TV, board games, and puzzles, this space ensures no one will be bored during your stay. And did we mention the totally awesome stand-up arcade game with 412 classic titles from the 80s?! This entertainment hub will bring out the kid in everyone.

Updates throughout the home including new furniture, carpet, paint, and Sealy Posturepedic mattresses on all the King and Queen beds for a great night's sleep. Each room is designed to highlight an aspect of Pinetop living:
THE CABIN - The large master with vaulted ceiling and window seat features a King-size pine log bed, plus a Full-size futon. (Sleeps 4)
THE CHALET - This huge winter sports-themed room with vaulted ceiling, built-in bookshelves, and 2 closets includes a Queen bed, Full bed, and Twin bunks. (Sleeps 6)
THE CORRAL - The cozy equestrian-themed bedroom in the front of the house includes a Queen bed and walk-in closet. (Sleeps 2)
There's also a Queen Sleeper sofa in the Family Room (Sleeps 2)

Outside you'll find even more places to relax and have fun on the 1/2 acre property. The covered front porch and side deck are great spots to watch the wildlife while sipping your morning coffee. The large fenced backyard offers privacy and security - perfect for kids and dogs. Enjoy the quiet rustle of pine trees while reading or napping in a hammock, or challenge someone to a game of cornhole or horseshoes. The large patio off the Game Room includes seating for 12-14 and is the perfect place to watch the kids play or dine al fresco.

There's even more room in the front yard to toss a (snow?) ball or play badminton. Our guests have full access to the garage, a rare amenity and especially nice during the snowy winter months. There's room to park extra cars, and for those traveling with an RV or other large toys there's a separate spot for them too.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, the entrances to the home are equipped with Ring Cameras.
