"Fabulous hotel on the Quayside… giving the Mal much needed competition .. better value, much nicer hotel, great staff and service … highly recommended… our new go to hotel in Newcastle. "

"This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.

"I loved this place. The staff were great. Parking is easy and right next to the place. We did dine in the restaurant downstairs it is Indian food and done very well. The place has lots of beautiful wall paper though out making it a unique experience. "
