"The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff good atmosphere in the bar. Food was good. Great aera for exploring. Stayed here before and the function room and some areas are looking neglected we understand the roof needs replacing on the function room and that there are plans in progress shorty. Needs some love to restore the curb appeal around the check in entrance to give a better first impression. Enjoyed our stay here and good value for money."

"Clean room, just needed the shower updating as it leaked badly over the bath through the shower screen and on to the floor (room 116). Really lovely position overlooking the beach. We stayed for one night and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, which was made even better by the helpful and friendly staff. My husband is a celiac and required gluten free food. They sorted everything for him and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back! Thank you ☺️"

Friendly and attentive staff (each and every person we met across all areas had a very high standard of service) - super welcoming to dogs - tasty, quality food and drink (including a great quality, extensive breakfast offer) - bar with a nice vibe - beautiful grounds - excellent facilities. Room was clean and had good amenities. Excellent parking (with charging points). We will return!"
