"I'm only giving it 3 stars because the accommodation was not how I understood it to be. The accommodation is clean and modern and the host very welcoming.Due to the wording in the description, I thought I was staying in an apartment within a townhouse that consisted of the bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one of which was not en-suite so was shared among us), kitchen, balcony and parking.The description of the host being a welcoming family with a dog, I thought was the simply part of the hosts profile....

"Had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. The hosts Carol and Simon were very friendly and welcoming, giving some excellent pointers to nearby attractions and food options. The space itself was beautiful, well-equipped and just what we needed for a relaxing time away. Waking up to see the sea through the window and balcony was just stunning. Very easy to find, convenient parking and all-round wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back again."

There were no basic kitchen items such as a dish drainer, paper towels… Just as a suggestion, it would be good to have a non-stick frying pan; We couldn't find instructions on where to empty the trash can; The positive point was that because it was a new building, the facilities and furniture were...
