"Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right."

"I paid extra for a room with a view of the ocean and I'm glad I did. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The bed in room 13 was very comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, kettle in the room which was replenished every day. It's not an ultra-modern hotel but everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in Hove, about 2 miles west of Brighton, and it was nice being in a quieter area. There is a 700...

"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space.
Linda was quick to contact me as soon as the booking went through, requesting my preferences for milk and bread - so thoughtful.

"Cozy hotel with very sympathetic and welcoming staff. It feels very much like home. The rooms are fine and clean. Their restaurant has a menu with good options for lunch and dinner. It does not have a lift, so, if carrying heavy luggage, it might be a little effort. The curtains in the bathroom could be a little thicker to make the shower experience more pleasant. Otherwise, I only have compliments on the quality of the premises, the service and the personnel. "

"The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"
