The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. "We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. "The room and the bathroom had an odor to it housekeeping the beds were supposed to be queens, but they didn’t feel like they were didn’t look like they were queens more like they look like they were full-size beds the mirror was cracked on the bottom corner all in all mostly the snow and the hotel and then no housekeeping every time we need towels or toilet paper, we have to go to the desk to get it"

"During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed. Having said that, the room was clean,; and otherwise adequate for my needs. My phone didn't work for my entire stay, I was...

"Breakfast was slightly cold- but to no fault to the hotel- but the people next door at night keep going in and out slamming the door multiple times - my husband went to the front desk to ask him to address the issue or just to move us to a different room- the gentleman mentioned he would address the issue- the next morning it started back up again slamming and shutting the door- the staff was excellent!"
