"The place was clean with a great view. The bed was comfortable, and the responses to my inquiries were quick. It was also convenient that the bedroom and living room were separated. It was the best choice."

"The staff that looks after the check in is mobile and several different companies rent rooms. We had ZERO problems and we thought it was a great location, 25 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. We had to move to another location and we already miss the unit. 5 stars. "

"O hotel tem boas dependências, localização razoável porém o serviço fica a desejar, ou seja, não está igual a infra estrutura do hotel. Os funcionários não são de um modo geral atenciosos, qualquer pedido tem que ser feito duas vezes para ser atendido."

"Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle....

"Very clean! It's a nice place to spend few days. Not far from the tourist places! The deluxe room has a size that is ok and very clean! It's a good value from what you got! The only problem that I saw is the area for toilets at the lobby, it doesn't look like that you are at the same hotel! Dirty and abandoned!"
