"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. "I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "
