"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra. We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered. Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"RV was really cute and the property manager was very friendly. Everything was clean and working which is a huge plus considering it was so affordable. Only things I missed was things like hand soap, shampoo, ect. The bed was pretty hard but not the worst I've been on. No TV so if you're wanting to watch something you'll have to bring your own. We didn't have time for TV so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay again "

"We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend "

"The property is just lovely. The place was so well appointed, nothing was missing. All the appliances worked great, the back yard area was awesome. It was quiet and dark for sleeping. We loved it and if our futurte plans include the Kernville area we will be sure to try and stay again!"

"Family went to Kernville to enjoy some rafting on the Kern River and drive up to the Sequoia National Forest. Despite every day being over 100 degrees, the A/C kept the cottage cool. The beds were comfortable and Erin was great at communicating with us. Even alerted us that our route out of town might need to be changed due to an unexpected road closure.Downtown, Circle Park, all the restaurants were all walkable and within 1 mile maximum.
