"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra.
We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered.
Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"Great host, really enjoyed our stay and plenty of room and amenities. Kernville is a great place to visit and would recommend this property if booking.
PS: If I could, I would give this property 10/5 stars just for their dog, Dexter. He will greet you with his favorite ball to play fetch once you arrive."

"Clean and nice property. Only complaint is both showers. Showerhead is falling apart and shoots water in all directions. And water faucet control does not work right. If you can even get the hot water. Lovely property otherwise."

"The ranch was very nice, it is very close to the town in a peaceful, well kept location. Our son loved the horses and my husband loved the airforce practicing drills in the valley overhead. We are dropping a star as we feel there was a few things missing that made the stay not 100%, especially when considering price point. There was just things missing that felt like they should be...
