"Wonderful location on the Suwannee River. Close to Manatee Springs and the Gulf. So happy to be able to bring and dock a boat. Boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The house was clean and spacious enough for our large group. The only downside to our stay is that one room with a King bed was extremely warm while the rest of the home was nice and cool. It would not cool down enough, to the point that we opted to sleep on an air mattress next to the kitchen...

"This was just what we needed. The nicest people in a quiet location. We rested and enjoyed top quality amenities, both in our unit and the area. Our unit was well stocked with the little things that made a big difference, wrll supplied linens, kitchen ware, and even seasonings and spices. This area was hit by a hurricane 6 months ago, and we could tell the residents took great pride in their community. We will be back."

"This place was perfect for us. My cousin has a house on the same canal and my mom has a condo in Suwanee Cove. So, this location was perfect for our family to come and see everyone but still have our own space. It was a perfect size for our family as we have 2 teenagers, 2 kids in their 20s the porch got a ton of use. We loved having that large porch for family games. (The fans on the back porch made it soooooo lovely in the evenings) "

"John and Anne are amazing hosts and offer a very nice RV camping experience. We loved cooking breakfast and dinners on the outdoor grill and sitting outside watching our Gators lose their softball game while we enjoyed the birds and sounds of the river right next to us. Excellent communication and as much or as little interaction as you wish to have w the hosts. The location is quiet and offers excellent access to both Fanning and Manatee Springs or enjoyable paddling right off the dock. ...
