"It was 35 degrees when we arrived and I turned the air conditioning on in our cabin and in no time it was lovely and cool in there and stayed that way for the entire afternoon and night. The staff were some of the friendliest we have come across in our 2 months of travelling."

"Cannot fault the room, pretty spotless and good overall.
Only thing I would fault is when we arrived and unloaded into a room I realised there were not enough beds. When I looked through my booking I realised I had booked a bigger room. We then changed rooms so basically had to put everything back in car and unload again in the new room. With kids and after a 7 hour drive this was not fun and was annoying. It really should not have happened considering the size of this hotel."
