"I walked into reception just after check in time, was informed I had already checked in I said no I’m here to check in. The elderly lady said i think I’ve given your room to someone else. The lady seemed confused and said i have one room left but it’s on the road side. We drove around to the unit was shocked to see a family permanently living in the unit next with 3 young children.
