"My wife and I had a good time staying here. The place and grounds were clean and as described in listing. It was great to spend some time visiting Gettysburg and its history with Civil War. Highly recommend the horse and carriage battlefield ride. Our tour guide, Truman, provided a wealth of information about the war that you won’t hear elsewhere."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short weekend stay in Gettysburg in this rental. It was the perfect size and had everything we could’ve needed and more. I wanted to stay longer just so we could spend more time in the place! The location is the best- walkable to everything we wanted to do. We absolutely will stay here again!"

"I traveled and stayed for the weekend with 6 adults. If you have kids, this would be fine as we stayed in a premiere cabin. The bunk bed were tight for us. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable with the bar in your back and the main bed was ok. The place was clean and the shower had a good amount of hot water. The TV couldn’t get a signal to work. The place overall needs some TLC, but it was overall just ok. "

"The location and off street parking are optimal. Who doesn't like to see Abraham Lincoln from their bed or hear church bells chime! Loved some of the historic features! The stairs up the apartment are a cool curve but a lot. A few little things...towel hook near the shower, hook for hand towel, WD-40 the squeaky door, more comfortable seating...would go a long way. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but really weren't in the apartment much over the weekend. Would highly recommend to others!!"

"After a long day of touring the battlefield, this place was perfect to return to. Great location, modern amenities with an authentic, historical feel. The house was nice and cozy, the shower had great water pressure and the beds were comfy. We will stay here again!"

"This house is brimming with charm, is bigger than it looks in photos. We enjoyed a beautiful week in Gettysburg, and it was hot! How nice to return to a cool and comfortable house in the evenings!
