"We were in room 6 for 3 nights.
Positives: great water pressure, great location, clean sheets.
Negatives: the bathroom door was off its top hinges so had to be slammed both open and closed, which was so loud. It was also a bit grimy, something I’m not used to in other 2-star stays (lamps caked in dust, doors were dirty, lots of rust everywhere, floors felt dirty. They left the e end of a toilet paper roll with no refills, but no staff onsite other than the daytime.
In the end, we felt like...

"Bom hotel, muito perto da praia e de alguns restaurantes. O hotel é pequeno e o esquema do café da manhã não agradou muito, pois tem que retirar na recepção e tomar no quarto. Limpeza boa, porém o banheiro e o quarto ficavam muito úmidos após o banho. Barulho dos carros da rodovia PCH incomodou um pouco."

"Housekeeper was awesome. Disappointed that management did not address the issue right away from day one at time of checkin that air conditioner wasn't working. They wouldn't give a discount for the inconvenience. Rooms are not very insulated and can hear noise from second floor and neighbors."
