"I was given a disabled room (I am not disabled). It was OK, a little dark and sterile. Nothing special. Don't think the TV worked.
Checking in staff was not friendly. Checking out staff was lovely.
The spa and restaurant were both very nice.
I probably wouldn't stay here again as a traveller on my own"

"We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception .
The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay"
