"Outstanding service, property and location. The manger and hotel staff took care of every big and small need. The food is buffet style and very good. One night the villagers performed a cultural program in a campfire. The resort is outside on Tala in a village with unpaved road. This adds to the charm of the stay since there is nothing to do in the evenings. The only caveat is to know is you will need drop-off or pickup RS400 to join the safaries. "Syna Tiger resort was a fantastic place for our three day safari stay.
The manager and his staff Did really Do their very best to make our stay convinient. He helped us to make it possible to have an extra safari the day we left, and also to arrange transport to our next location.
The place itself was very cosy and relaxing.
Next time in Bandhavgarh will definately be Syna Tiger Resort, will really recommend for friends and others,"
"We spent 6 days at Nature Heritage. We enjoyed 3 meals included in our hotel cost. Delicious food and caring staff. The staff did everything they could, under Manager Hari's wonderful attention, to make us content. We booked 3 safaris with the hotel. Saw tigers every safari and even leopards as well as other wildlife. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandhavgarh! Our favorite part of the day was the evening bonfire at the hotel with pakora and chai!

"Horrible. Will never recommend anyone. Terrible house keeping, towels were dirty, rooms were not cleaned unless reminded several times. We were ten people and ordered for fried rice and veg manchurian. The food served was stinking and on complaining they took it in a very casual manner. My son suffered dysentery and my sister vomited more than ten times, luckily we had medicines and could control things.
